You have mentioned hobbies and interests as something people list on their CV/resume. I have been thinking about this topic and I am torn as to if listing my hobbies will add a value to my resume or not. In my case, besides being in graduate school for CS, I publish knitting patterns from time to time. On one hand, I feel that mentioning this can showcase my presentation skills and ability to explain new information to others as well as ability to write. On the other hand, I am not sure if this will be useful when applying for Data Science or CS job.

Enjoyed reading your article,
